Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If for any reason you would like to return or exchange an item, we will be glad to do so.

Return processing typically takes up to 3-4 weeks including transit time.

Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the bag is what you ordered on our website.

We accept exchange or refund merchandise purchased through our website within 7 days after you receive the item.

The exchange or refund item must be in original sealed condition without any damage. It’s buyer’s responsibility to pay the returning postage, we shall not be responsible for goods lost in transit when sending back.

We recommend you to obtain the proof of postage in this case.

Please allow sufficient time for your returned item(s) to be received and processed.

Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items

Defective, damaged or mis-shipped items are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service with photographs clearly showing the problem with the items. If you believe your items were damaged during shipping, Customer Service will need photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier in order to process your refund.

Color Mismatch

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on jiskraindia.com. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

Return because of the delivery/customs/duties

If the parcel is returned because the incorrect delivery address or the receiver refused to accept the goods, both the fee of the goods and the shipping fee won't be refunded.
